8ème WiP du CRRF

Le 8ème «Work in Progress» du CRRF s’est déroulé le 12 décembre dernier, à la Faculté de médecine vétérinaire, à St-Hyacinthe. La présentation des travaux en cours du laboratoire du Dr Boerboon a débuté l’après-midi. Guillaume St-Jean a présenté un exposé sur : Deletion of lats1/2 commits mullerian mesenchymal cells to the myofibroblast cell fate suivi de celui de Philippe Godin intitulé: Roles of the developing signaling pathways Hippo and Slit-Robo in mouse ovarian physiology.  La rencontre s’est poursuivie par la présentation des travaux du laboratoire du Dr McGraw avec les présentations successives de trois étudiantes. Karine Doiron : Impact of pathogenic DNMT3A  mutations on cell lineage specification and programming in Tatton-Brown-Rahman Syndrome.  Lisa-Marie Legault : Long lasting DNA methylation perturbations following a preimplantation alcohol exposure and consequences on cognitive functions et Elizabeth Elder : Recovery of Epigenetic Dysregulation of Imprinted Genes in Embryonic Cells by CRISPR Epigenome Editing.
