9th WiP of CRRF
On April 11th, the CRRF held its 9th Work in Progress at the Ste-Justine Universitary Hospital Center in Montreal. Dr. Sylvie Girard and Dr. Christopher Price presented their work in progress with their students. Thus, Virginie Gaudreault and Cyntia Duval, students of Dr. Girard presented respectively:
• High Mobility Group Box 1 (HMGB1) has an endogenous mediator of inflammation in preovulatory follicles and at the maternal-fetal interface
• Altered transcriptome profiles in placentas from complicated pregnancies and the impact on the maternal immune cells
Then, Lauriane Relav from Dr. Christopher Price’s lab spoke about:
